From Fossoy to Vertus, we cultivate, care for and love each terroir. Each has its own character, its own identity, its own singularity.

With a firm conviction that wine is made on the vine and being lucky to own some beautiful terroirs, it is our responsibility to realise their full potential. It is also in our interest to protect them.
Through our practices, we encourage life in our soils in order that the vines can produce their best fruit. Our desire is to preserve a natural, living and varied ecosystem.
Ploughing, cover crops, hedge plantation, use of natural compost to encourage microbial activity and maintain biological balance….by these actions, biodiversity is promoted.
The hand is present, but it is nature at work.
